Very near the small town Castellaneta in the Apulia region of southern Italy, the Moretti family (Don Vito, his wife Rosa, and their daughters Anna Lisa and Adelaide) is producing their Monovarietal “Coratina” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, on their farm called La Calamita Rosa.
La Calamita Rosa is a biodynamic farm since 1999, and therefore the olives used for this intense fruity olive oil, are produced within the highest standard of organic and biodynamic agriculture, and with the hisghest respect for the environment and biodiversity.
